Because many of our products are personalized, custom-made, or made to order, processing and production times may vary depending on the product, personalization details, order volume, and production requirements.
Order Processing and Production Time
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.
Because many Lumina Makers products are personalized or made to order, please allow time for production before your order ships.
Estimated processing and production time:
- Standard orders: 2-3 business days
- Personalized or custom-made orders: 3–5 business days
- Large, complex, or high-volume orders: Processing time may vary
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
If your order requires personalization details, production may be delayed until all required information is received and confirmed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs may vary based on:
- Delivery location;
- Package size and weight;
- Shipping method selected;
- Carrier rates;
- Promotions or free shipping offers, if available.
Any available shipping options and costs will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed, produced, and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout.
Shipping delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the package is scanned.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.
We will do our best to assist where possible, but Lumina Makers is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or misdelivered due to carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at sales@luminamakers.com with:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue;
- Clear photos of the item;
- Clear photos of the packaging;
- Any visible damage to the shipping box or materials.
Please keep the item and original packaging until the issue is resolved, as the carrier or our team may need this information to evaluate the claim.
International Shipping, Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, tariffs, or other charges may apply depending on your country’s laws and regulations.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Lumina Makers is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import inspections, or international carrier processing.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a shipping address change, order change, or cancellation.
Because personalized and made-to-order products may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order is placed.
Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
