We value your business and want you to love your Lumina Makers product. Because many of our products are personalized, custom-made, or made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect personalization submitted by the customer, wrong item selection, or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

To help us resolve the issue, please email us at sales@luminamakers.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged

If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.

Personalized and Custom Products

Personalized, customized, and made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order, including names, initials, monograms, design codes, spelling, product options, colors, sizes, and shipping information.

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during checkout or personalization.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the refund is due to our error, a defective item, or an item damaged in transit.

Exchanges

We only replace or exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Because our products may be custom-made or personalized, we do not offer exchanges for preference-based reasons, including change of mind, design preference, color preference, or incorrect personalization submitted by the customer.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Because personalized and made-to-order items may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order is placed.

Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
